Hey, there!

In class, at workouts, on coffee dates – I hear it all the time.

“I hate computers.”

“I’m tech illiterate.”

“My laptop and I don’t get along.”

And far more often than not, I hear it from my female clients and students. Apparently, it’s not just me.

And I want to put a stop to that – to help close the digital divide between the sexes.

Hey there!

I got an email from a viewer who wants to be referred to as Jonesy, who wrote saying he felt a great deal of pressure to be perfect in his auditioning and his work, and spent so much time beating himself up when he’d make a mistake that it began to wear on his health.

He said that lately, he gets so mad at his lack of perfection that he is considering another line of work that isn’t so demanding.

I completely get this. I hear a version of it often…and here’s what I can offer as help.

Hey there!

I’m seeing more and more articles decrying the depressing actual results for the people providing services to sites promoting the gig economy: Uber and Lyft drivers, DoorDash and GrubHub food deliverers, and so on.

One of them even has the headline “The Sharing Economy Was Always A Scam.” Harsh.

But, we have our own gig economy in the world of performance. It’s called Fiverr.

How long will it take for people to realize that sites like that can just as depressingly destructive as working for a big corporate behemoth?

Hey there!

I don’t think Voices.com was happy that I read you their email asking me to join their coaches program on a previous video, along with my short and sweet response.

Even though all of the information I read about who sent that email and what their contact information was is publicly available at https://voices.com/coaching, they complained to YouTube that I violated their privacy.

YouTube let me know, I responded that what I said was publicly available, and that’s the last I heard.

I was flabbergasted when I first learned the process by which IKEA arrives at their ridiculously low prices.

You’d think they’d look at the materials, the labor, the distribution, the marketing and so on, then come up with a price that makes them a profit.
